Step 1: Complete your Commitment Card

The first thing to do is to download and print our Commitment Card (it may take a while because it is a large file)  

1. Open and fill out the Commitment Card. You can either fill it out on your computer before you print it, or you may print it and then fill it out by hand.
2. After you complete and sign the card, cut off the left section where indicated and set it aside to mail to Global Outreach (GO).
3. Then, you can cut off the center section of the Commitment Card and file it as a record of your commitment to invest in the work God is doing in Costa Rica.
4. Finally, you can use the right section of the Commitment Card to remind you to pray for God’s work in Costa Rica. If you prefer a bookmark, you can cut on the black dashed line, or you can cut around the red border of the picture for a reminder on your refrigerator.

Step 2: Send your gift 

You can give by:

• EFT
• Credit Card
• Paypal

Option 1: Mail a check!

1. Make your check payable to "Global Outreach" and be sure to include, "Account #4133" on the memo line.
    
2. Place the check in an envelope with the left section of the Commitment Card and mail them to Global Outreach at the following address:

Option 2: Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) or Credit Card

1. Download the EFT & Credit Card Donation Form.
   
2. Open and fill out the EFT & Credit Card Donation Form. Like the Commitment Card, you can either fill it out on your computer before you print it, or you may print it and then fill it out by hand. 
3. After you complete and sign (you must sign it after you print it) the form, fold it and place it in an envelope with the left section of the Commitment Card and mail them to Global Outreach at the following address:

Option 3: Give online using Paypal

1. Go to Global Outreach's Missionary Information page.
   
2. Click the "Support" icon under our picture which will take you to the PayPal donation page.
   
3. Fill out the donation amount in the blue box at the top of the page.  Be sure to use the check box to indicate if your donation is recurring (Monthly) or not.
4. If you already have a Paypal account, you can log in (be sure to fill in the blue donation box before you login) or you can continue without logging in.
5. Follow the instructions and fill out the fields to complete your donation.
6. For our records, please indicate on the left section of the Commitment Card that you gave online and place it in an envelope and mail it Global Outreach at the following address:
